God Chosen Development Center was started by Mrs. Angela Brown-Church, who has been working in the early childhood field since 1999. Originally starting as an in-home childcare in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, God Chosen Development Center has grown over time to provide hundreds of families in the Metro Atlanta community with affordable, quality care.

Blessings all, I am elated to say that I am the owner and founder of God Chosen Development Center locations. I am a wife, a mother of 5 children, and a grandmother. Born in Memphis, TN and raised in Milwaukee, WI.
I began working in early Childhood Education in 1999 with a licensed in-home facility, after a year of in-home I opened my first center in a facility.
I have a plethora of certificates and degrees in Early childhood Education. However, my hands-on years of experience has been the best teacher for me in this rewarding industry. I would not trade it for anything in the world.
The children keep me young and going and I love them and this industry dearly.
